Let me guess: You can’t access your Hostinger-hosted website or server because your IP address is blocked and you’re getting a connection refused or timeout error, right?
Yep, the same happened to me too.
The issue seems to be with Hostinger’s silly firewall rate limiting rules. It randomly blocks legit IPs, which may prevent you and/or others from accessing your website.
I noticed it’s more likely to happen when using a VPN, but sometimes they may also block residential IPs.
You can contact support (or the Kodee AI support agent) and ask to unblock your IP, but it’s not guaranteed they’ll accept your request. Even if they do, it’s not guaranteed the firewall won’t block it again. They have a detailed step-by-step help article here.
